We collect and process information needed to provide screening services, including doctor/caregiver details, patient or parent contact details, assessment responses, payment status, report delivery records, and support/audit information.

This information is used to deliver screening links, process paid assessments, generate reports, communicate with doctors and families, maintain workflow audit records, provide support, and comply with applicable legal or operational requirements.

Assessment and report data may be shared with the prescribing doctor/caregiver, the patient or parent/guardian where applicable, and authorized service providers used for payment, email, WhatsApp delivery, hosting, security, and support.

Users should provide accurate information and avoid sharing another person's information unless authorized to do so. The platform is intended as a screening and workflow-support service and does not replace medical diagnosis or treatment.
