For Doctors

EmoScreen is a screening service operated by Inditech Technology Services Private Limited and used by doctors.

Doctors who use the service confirm that they have the right qualifications to practice medicine in India and that they are responsible for the advice, diagnosis, and treatment they give their patients.

Screening system output depends entirely on user input; therefore Inditech or SAPA do not guarantee the correctness of any response. Doctors take full responsibility for using the service in any manner.

Doctors agree to use their judgement to interpret the screening outputs and take any appropriate action. Neither SAPA nor Inditech are responsible for any problems caused by using or relying on the service.

For Caregivers

Caregivers using EmoScreen agree to share screening links and review outputs responsibly, and to guide families toward appropriate professional support wherever needed.

Caregivers must not represent screening results as a diagnosis or replacement for professional medical or mental-health evaluation.

General Professional Terms

Doctors and caregivers must use the platform only for legitimate screening, patient-support, care-coordination, or educational workflows.

The Platform and Services are offered "as is" and "as available" without warranties or conditions, and Indian laws apply to these terms.
